As of July 1st,2022 Oklahoma has become a title holding state. If you have an active lien on your vehicle the duplicate will be mailed to the lender unless you have written authorization from the lender to have it mailed elsewhere.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Once you click the submit button on the below request for duplicate title your information will be submitted to our online clerk. She will review your documents and contact you. Payment will be collected over the phone in the form of your card information. If there are additional documents needed she will advise you at that time.

Your card will not be charged until the work is processed. We cannot process the request without the COMPLETED duplicate title form.

Cost for this service is $12.55 plus the card fee of $2.28 for a total of $14.83.
