To obtain a duplicate title you must be the registered owner of a vehicle or have paperwork to prove you can sign for the owner. You will need to submit a notarized Duplicate title form 701-7. If the record reflects an active lien that needs to be released the lien release can be uploaded along with the duplicate title form. Submit the completed form by completing the below application. Titles are mailed by regular mail from the OK Tax Commission, there is no way to expedite the mailing of your title. It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive your title.
Once you click the submit button for the application for duplicate title (below form) You will be redirected to another site for payment. Ignore the registration renewal instructions and proceed to enter your information.

Your card will not be charged until the work is processed. We cannot process the request without the duplicate title form.
Cost for this service is $12.55 plus the card fee of $2.28 for a total of $14.83.
